The essence is to set a special area and a place that a person can go to. 

Keep It Clean and Comfortable

In order to sustain a pleasant practice in your home yoga studio, maintaining and cleaning your studio is vital. Regular maintenance can help your studio from becoming overly unpleasant due to odors and residual sweat. Practicing ‘mat hygiene’, doing a quick wipe after each practice and deep cleaning it once a month, is a great idea. It is very easy to concoct a natural cleaning spray when equally mixing water and white vinegar and adding an essential oil. The mat and studio can be sprayed, wiped down, and air dried for a fresh and inviting yoga experience.

Developing a routine and adhering to it, which in turn reinforces the habit by making it a practice should and self-scheduled activities should be done. With time and practice, one can become more consistent, and yoga can easily become a part of their daily routine. Make sure your practice is enjoyable, and the mat can be unrolled anywhere! A positive state of mind during the activity should be maintained.
